This Museum was the first of promoting a public modern collection and it was inaugurated in 1863. It offers permanent and temporary collections, educational activities, Art library and photografic files from Torino Musei GAM Foundation.Its collections are composed for about 45.000 paintings, sculptures and pictures. It also has one of the most important European cinema collection. You can find works from Fontanesi, Fattori, Pellizza Volpedo and Medardo Rosso ( XIX century) or Morandi, Casorati, Martini De and Pisis ( XX century).
